We love having happy customers so if you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly help fix the problem! We got our start at craft fairs where customers could see the item, feel the fabric (not in a creepy way), and check out every square inch before committing to a purchase. Online sales are a completely different animal. If an item is not what you expected - too big, too small, color is not what you pictured - you have 30 days to evaluate whether your new purchase will join your bag family or need to be rehomed. Just drop us a note and we will start the return process at no cost to you. Please return items with no signs of use or wear because, well, this is a one and a half-person operation (sometimes Mom helps sew), not Costco.

Please note that all items are handmade so variations are unavoidable but we take a lot of pride in providing our best work. Occasionally stitching may fail or an oversight might be made (because sewing may or may not be done at 1:00 AM while binging Netflix), so please let us know and we will do our best to fix it, replace it, or refund it.
